We believe fitness is not based on how you look, how much you lift, or how far you can run. The goal of fitness is to build your overall health & wellness by improving your endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, and recovery time to the best of your ability. However, we know there needs to be some form of gratification achieved from putting in hard work, sweat, blood, and tears.
As a result, we created this fitness test which you may use to track your progression.
Our fitness test is designed to do two things:
1. to allow you to obtain a baseline
2. to allow you the ability to track your progression
- The test consists of three exercises and a run
- Every exercise and the run are scored based on a point system
- Each exercise and the run are timed, the time is used to find the points for each event
