  • Bazaar 2023 Fundraising Sign Up

    presented by Bavaria MWR and the Bavaria Community & Spouses' Club
  • The Bavaria Community and Spouses' Club is offering fundraising opportunities to Tower and Rose Barracks private organizations and SFRGs during the 2023 Bazaar on October 13-15, Rose Barracks Multipurpose Conference Center. 

    Food is allowed to be sold this year when fundraising. No food trucks will be on premises for the 2023 Bazaar. 

    Cost: $15 per time slot.

    Applicant's must choose a time slot from the options within this form. There are 12 spots available per day (6 spots per shift). 

    Booth/table locations will be outside at the Exit of the Bazaar building.  Organizations are responsible for bringing their own tents, tables, and chairs. 

    All volunteers providing food concessions MUST have their Food Handlers Certificates/Cards on-hand during the Bazaar. A Bazaar volunteer will check for valid Food Handler training.

  • Once you submit your fundraising sign up application, the Bavaria Community and Spouses' Club Treasurer will send an emailed invoice to your organization's point of contacts via PayPal.

  • Fundraising Regulations

  • Private Organizations and Unit SFRGs are responsible for completing the proper documentation to follow base regulations and must receive fundraising approval through the required proper channels. The Bavaria Community and Spouses' Club does not have the authority to approve fundraising requests on Tower or Rose Barracks. 

    If your fundraising request does not get approved by the proper channels, please let us know as soon as possible so we can cancel your time slot and open to another organization.
