Program Details and Restrictions
Only department managers can submit a HAPPY application. Each department is eligible to apply once per calendar year.
Funding is capped at $20 per staff member within the department. The fund does not pay for non-staff attendees.
Before payment is issued, you must submit your receipt(s) to the foundation. Your receipt(s) cannot exceed the total amount of your approved grant funding. When you are ready, please complete an online reimbursement request using this form.
Your department must use approved funds for the current calendar year. The funds do not roll over to the next year. Use it or lose it!
Please allow up to 45 days for processing. Once your application is approved, you will be notified and provided payment instructions.
