    Please complete this single-page Warranty Claim form. A member of our team will respond via email to approve your return. Return shipping information will be provided at time of approval. Please fill the form out just once even if you have multiple lights to return.
  • Please note: This form is only for submitting warranty claims. To return a non-defective product for a refund or exchange please navigate to the Fenix-Store returns portal to submit your return. Your order number can be found on your account page.

  • Warranty Servicing details

    Fenix-Store is happy to service your warranty claim even if your light is purchased from a different retailer.

    The Fenix Limited Lifetime warranty offers full-coverage free repair on all electronic products for 1-5 years, depending on the product.

    • Flashlights with removable batteries: 5 years
    • Flashlights with built-in batteries: 2 years
    • Batteries and battery chargers: 1 year

    The item will be inspected when received at the returns center and an assessment will be made to determine if the item is repairable. If the item can be repaired, it will be fixed and returned to you as soon as possible. If the item cannot be repaired, store credit, in the form of a gift card, will be provided.
    PLEASE NOTE: No credit will be offered for lights without verifiable defects.

    If your product is outside the full-coverage period you will be responsible for the cost of parts, but labor is covered forever! If a product is not repairable outside the warranty period we will offer you the option to purchase a new unit at a discounted rate. We do our best to keep the price of parts as low as possible and you are not obligated to pay for repairs just by sending your light in. Our team will reach out to regarding the cost of the repair and you may choose not to proceed. 

    Sending your product to our team

    If your light was purchased from Fenix-Store we will provide a return label for you. After submitting this form, please check in your inbox for a prepaid return label to appear in less than 2 business days. We try to process claim submissions as quickly as possible and are usually able to process them within the same business day but can occasionally get backed up. We appreciate your patience!

    If your light was not purchased from Fenix-Store we cannot provide a return label. Please ship it to our repair center using a service with a tracking number. Retain your tracking number until you have received your repaired/replaced unit back from us. The return address will be provided in the confirmation email after form submission. We will return your light to you at no cost.

    No return label will be provided for out-of-warranty repairs.
