Please note that this form is a REQUEST to be included in our Battle Of The Bands Fundraiser on November 11th at Eagles Landing Baptist Church and that all bands must be approved before being accepted in our lineup.
Each Item is *REQUIRED* for you to submit:
1) A demo of the song that will be played (this does not have to be anything fancy - a simple recording on your phone will do just fine or a youtube video)
2)The lyrics (to ensure your messaging fits with our Christian messaging).
WHAT IS THE FEE?
Once accepted, a $200 nonrefundable tax-deductible registration fee will be required to secure your spot.
Please note that we are a 5013(c) nonprofit and all proceeds from this fundraiser event will ensure we continue our mission of saving babies and securing the future of the families in our community!
HOW MANY BANDS WILL PERFORM?
We are only accepting a max of 20 bands at the event
HOW DO I WIN?
The winner will be determined by 3 judges and overall "fan favorite" votes.
WHAT DOES THE WINNER RECIEVE?
Winner receives a FREE recording session from Road Ready Productions, valued at $4500.
