Please note there will be no sessions held on School or Public Holidays

Once your enrolment payment has been confirmed, you will be sent via email, a link to a Details Form (please complete this prior to youtr first class) with more information about the session you have chosen. (Please check your JUNK folder for this email)

For In-Person Group sessions, this will be a confirmation of the day, time, location, parking areas, what to bring, etc.

Please note: In-Person Group Sessions are capped at a maximum of 5 people due to the size of the space that the sessions are held in.

If you have chosen the Online Group session, you will receive information confirming time, what to bring, information about zoom, with a Zoom ID link to join the sessions.  

A live audio recording (Meditation ONLY) will be made for all of the sessions.  These will be available upon request, so if you do miss a session, you may have access to the recording.
