The Client Service Sales Associate is responsible for regular communication with our existing clients, responding to
new client inquiries, and consulting clients on the services we can provide to them. Additionally, this position will
assist in developing annual marketing and communication plans to drive revenue growth and enhance the overall
brand presence of our services.
Duties / Responsibilities
- Engage in phone consultations with business owners and decision-makers, learn about their needs, and recommend the right services.
- Generate leads through cold calling, in-person visits, email marketing, relationship building, etc.
- Provide excellent customer service and professionalism to all customers via in-person, telephone, email, or via the web.
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
- Maintain working knowledge of all services to answer customer questions.
- Enter notes and document service issues in customer accounts.
- Generate service quotes, proposals, and job costing analysis reports.
- Communicate with dispatch for scheduling purposes.
- Communicate with Miami-Dade County Environmental Resources Management (DERM) and Broward County Department of Waste Regulation as needed.
- Participate in bid proposal preparation.
- Request W-9s and COI for subcontractors and vendors.
- Generate NTOs for service that meets the pricing criteria.
- Manage sales tracker and ensure data it current.
- Organize the distribution of marketing materials and develop sales strategies.
- Assist Accounting department with collections as a relational point of contact.
- Keep up to date with market trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences is crucial.
- Understand and communicate market trends, demand generators, supply/demand, and economic factors.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Speak and write English fluently. Spanish is a PLUS.
- Legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skillset.
- Inside Sales experience conducting outbound sales calls.
- Consistent record of growing and maintaining business relationships.
- Experience in a highly regulated industry.
- Navigating through multiple digital platforms and web-based tools.
- Active listening skills and a consultative approach to client conversations.
- Strong phone skills with the ability to adapt a message to multiple audiences at various levels.
