Please keep in mind when it comes to communication requests here are the timelines for projects in different tiers:

Tier 1 - 60 DAYS:
- Major graphic design requests (magazines, booklets, etc.)
- Merchandise
- Video based prjoects (up to 90 days preferred)

Tier 2 - 30 DAYS:
- Minor graphic requests (flyers, design updates, etc.)
- Web page creation
- Photography requests
- Large-scale print requests
- E-mail approval

Tier 3 - 14 DAYS:
- Web page updates
- Small-scale print requests
