Adoption Application
  • Adoption Application

At Valentine K9 Rescue, we put a lot of love, care and money into our rescues to give them a better life. We do our best to match every dog with the right family and disclose all known information about the dog no matter whether it is positive or negative. ALL OUR DOGS ARE SPAYED OR NEUTERED BEFORE LEAVING OUR CARE unless the pet has medical issues that prohibit sterilization, or they are too young. If the animal is too young for sterilization, adopter must agree to take the pet to one of our preferred veterinarians for sterilization at our expense by the age of 6 months. If an animal is not sterilized for health purposes and the animal subsequently regains a health status that no longer restricts sterilization, then sterilization will be performed within 60 days of determination by a vet.We do a thorough background check on applicants to ensure our rescues do not fall back into a negative situation again. A dog is a LIFELONG COMMITMENT. This could be as long as 18 years or more. PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF YOU CAN PROVIDE LOVE, ADEQUATE LIVING ACCOMMODATIONS AND MEDICAL CARE, FOR THE ENTIRE LIFE SPAN OF THE DOG. THIS IS A LIFETIME DECISION.
