Inspections
Upon request and with at least 72 hours notice, Utilities must be given access to the site to verify equipment installation pursuant to manufacturer’s guidelines, quantities, and performance. An inspection is required for all rebates over $1,000.
If an inspection is requested or required, no rebate payment will be made until inspection is complete and Utilities verifies proper installation.
