  • Annual Environmental Justice Summit: False Solutions, Honest Repair

Thank you for your interest in registering for the 2023 NCEJN Annual Environmental Justice Summit. Please read this entire description. If you have any difficulty using a credit card-based registration process please reach out to us at summit@ncejn.org or 984-884-6235.

This registration covers both days of programming, Friday and Saturday. It also includes lodging. Once you have completed registration, you will receive a confirmation message.

    Registration Fees:

This year we are happy to announce that attending the summit will be free for all members of impacted communities. We ask those that are able to pay the normal rate ($140) to please do so -- this ensures we have the ability to continue this offering in the future. The free rate is guaranteed until October 1st only, so please register now.

    Lodging:

Lodging is free for impacted community members that register by October 1st.

UPDATE: We have completed room assignments for lodging; at this point any additional impacted community registrants would likely be placed in the dorm style accommodation; or we would provide reimbursement for booking a hotel nearby.

Those not from impacted communities can make arrangements nearby. We do not expect to have additional rooms available on-site any longer.

    Registration Deadlines:

Please register as soon as possible, so that our staff can plan appropriately, and order food without waste. After October 1st, registration may close or fees may rise. Award nominations (optional) are due by September 22nd.

  • Needs & Requests

  • Lodging

Members of impacted communities that register by October 1st are guaranteed housing. All others may request to be added to the wait list for a room. In the unlikely event that a space becomes available, we will notify you.

We define impacted communities broadly, and rely upon you to self-identify. We thank folks in advance for preserving space and access to on-site housing.

Please fill out the below information so that we may accommodate you as best as possible.

All Franklinton Center rooms will have at least 2 people per room. People who are not from impacted communities, or that do not want to stay on-site, can consider reserving a room at these hotels that are within 20 minutes of the Center.
