My booking process/general information, please read below!
This is mainly for the cooler folks without social media
I am working in an appointment only private studio in down town Everett Wa called Burial Tattoo. I work from 1pm-6pm Sunday-Tuesday & Fridays (off tues,wed,sat)
$200 an hour, $100min for 30 min or less of work
$100 non-refundable deposits are required before booking, usually requested in future emails if I am able to take on your project. Burial tattoo address can be googled or found on my instagram bio. Deposits are made only by Venmo or Zelle.
For sleeve project or large scale pieces, i do require a consult via video chat or in person to discuss in detail and depth about the piece and project scheduling expectations. If you do not have/want a large scale piece and still want a consult before your set apt, please let me know in your inquiry, i can always make arrangements (:
if I am not interested in your project idea, please do not take it personally! I am prioritizing pieces that advance my skills as an artist and will always do my best to provide a referral to someone else.
My No-Call-No-Show Policy! If you do not show up to your scheduled apt, tattoo or consult, i will ban you forever. It takes 5 seconds to send a message if you cant make it. If you do not value my time, i don't owe you a second chance.
Reschedule Policy You have 3 reschedules before your project and deposits are forfeited. I require a 24hr notice of a reschedule (or 48hr for sleeve projects) otherwise it is considered too short of notice and cannot fill the time slot quick enough, this will result in a forfeit of your deposit as well and another deposit in order to reschedule. Emergencies happen and that is the ONLY exception to this rule, however you only have 3 times to reschedule before your project is dropped.
Payments I prefer cash but I also accept card that charges fees. Using card means tagging state tax of 9.9% and card use of 2.6% on top of the tattoo cost. For deposits i can only accept Venmo and Zelle, if those do not work for you i cannot take on your project, there are very few acceptions to this.
Tipping!? There is no standard for tipping in this industry, they are never expeted but always appreciated, if cash is not how you show appreciation i also accept gifts, handmade things, written letters, witchy trinkets, crystals, a crisp high five, etc.
Touch Up Policy! You have one free touch-up within 6 months of the initial tattoo, if you do not show up to your touch up apt or notify me of a reschedule within 24hrs you will have forfeited your one free touch up.
Lastly, before you book with me, please be aware that i have chronic illnesses that can flare up violently and cause me the need to reschedule last minute. I will always do my best to get you rescheduled in a timely fashion! My books are always open. Thank you for choosing me to take on your project! The non-refundable Deposits are required after I've responded to your inquiry where I attach the link to my Venmo/zelle.
