Parking & Traffic Control: Guide cars at entrances & exits. If we run out of room, point them to the shopping center.
Pumpkin Painting: You don’t need to know how to paint. Just give people the pumpkins, supplies, and some encouragement.
Bounce House Maintenance (Just be sure things are safe & it remains fastened & inflated. Parents will be expected to watch their own children.
Invitation in Narthex: Welcome people, show them the Sanctuary if asked, & point them to restrooms.
Floaters: Check on the different activities to see if anything is needed. Go to the store to get more items if needed. You will be reimbursed.
Deacon’s Bake Sale: Sell the baked goods.
Friday Night Set Up: Help to set up the needed tables and chairs.
Saturday Morning Set Up: Help with whatever is needed, such as distributing pumpkins, putting up signs, helping to set up supplies in booths, put out needed electrical cords, etc.
Clean up on Saturday: Everyone helps, but we need some volunteers focused on everything getting cleaned up and put away.
