LPF Grant Application
To qualify to be a beneficiary program of Leveling the Playing Field:
- Your program must serve economically disadvantaged children, or children or adults with disabilities.
- Your organization must operate (or wishes to operate) an organized sport, recreational activity or fitness program that offers consistent and structured opportunities for play to large groups of children.
- The program is intended to provide free or low cost enrichment programs for its participants. Your athletic activities must provide a youth development component. We DO NOT support organizations whose sole focus is “on the field performance.”
- NOTE: Our Ohio program is no longer able to accept applications as we are closing our program effective September 30, 2026.
- NOTE: Our Atlanta program is only able to accept applications from programs serving youth within the state of Georgia. Programs from outside of Georgia cannot be considered at this time. We thank you for your understanding as we manage capacity in this market.
- A representative from your program must be able to pick up equipment from one of our LPF warehouses in person.
- We are unable to ship equipment to beneficiary programs.
Once approved, all applicants are responsible for getting themselves to a LPF warehouse to pick up equipment. I understand that LPF is unable to ship donations to my location.
