This includes but is not limited to your name, email address, phone number, text messaging and any other relevant details provided. Rest assured, your information will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and used solely for the purpose of facilitating your travel arrangements, sharing important updates, and providing personalized assistance. By providing your contact details, you consent to Jennings Ventures contacting you via the provided channels.

By signing this form, you authorize Jennings Ventures to utilize the provided information for crafting two luxury travel itineraries. Furthermore, you grant Jennings Ventures the authority to act on your behalf in organizing your luxury vacation experience. Upon agreement on the preferred itinerary, your approval will be necessary, and an authorization agreement must be completed to proceed with securing services, service fees, and vacation prices, including excursions and tours. Please note that all prices are subject to change. To secure pricing, a deposit or full payment is required immediately after completing the authorization agreement. All service payments must be made no later than 30 days prior to the travel departure date. Any travel accommodations scheduled within less than 30 days must be paid in full before reservations are completed. Any pricing adjustments due to last-minute changes or updates will be applied to the reservations and invoices must be paid in full.
