Your responsibilities are aimed at providing an exceptional experience for our customers: 您的職責旨在為我們的客戶提供卓越的體驗：
- Customer Engagement 客戶參與: Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, offering product recommendations and sharing insights about the featured artists, makers, and designers.
- Community Building 社區建設: Engage with customers and foster a sense of belonging by sharing information about upcoming events, workshops, and community initiatives.
- Event Support 活動支援: Collaborate with the team to prepare and execute events, author talks, and workshops that align with our mission of cultural celebration and education.
Qualifications 資格:
- Passion for and knowledge of Asian American culture, art, and literature. 對亞裔美國人文化、藝術和文學的熱情和知識。
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with a diverse customer base. 出色的人際關係和溝通技巧，可以與不同的客戶群互動。
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 非常注重細節和組織能力。
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. 能夠在團隊環境中協同工作。
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus. 以前的零售或客戶服務經驗是一個加分項。
