    To renew your annual subscription please follow the instructions.

  • GENERAL INFORMATION

    • This form is for renewal of subscription only.
    • If you have not been paying for your membership fee for the previous year (2022). Please use the application form instead by clicking here.
    • Membership is open to Singaporeans and Permanent Residents of all ages.
    • Applicants under 18 years old must have consent of their parents or guardian.
    • Voting and election to office are restricted to those 21 years of age and above.
    • Members enjoy a range of benefits including expenses covered for all overseas competitions, training programmes, training incentives, athletes' support management, subsidised fees on specific courses and workshops, the members' rate for NDG registration, discounts on all promotional items and other exclusive benefits just for members.

  • IMPORTANT GUIDE

    Simply enter your mobile number and click the button to search for your membership data. Your details will be filled in automatically if your mobile number matched with the number recorded in our database.

    For example, enter your mobile number = 98765432 (without spaces and country code +65)

    You have already made payment for 2023 membership subscription and your membership has already been renewed. Thank you!

  • Your membership subscription is due for payment.

    Please pay total of SGD15.00 for 2023 DSA Membership subscription to enjoy the membership benefits and privileges.

    It is important to note that payments made for the membership will not be reflected immediately. It may take up to 72 hours from the day you made the payment for the system to be updated.

  • PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS @ HITPAY

    We are partnering with HITPAY as our payment gateway provider. To avoid any payment errors, please follow the instructions below.

    STEP 1
    Click the "Go to Payment" button (at the bottom of this form) and you'll be taken to the DSA's HITPAY online payment as shown below.

     

     

    STEP 2
    Confirm the quantity and then click "Buy Now" and you'll be taken to the page as shown below.

     

     

    STEP 3
    Click the "Checkout" button shown above and you'll find the next page as shown below.

     

     

    STEP 4
    For membership renewal, please remember to provide your DSA Membership Number and type the word "Renewal" at the field "Remarks to seller"

     

    FINAL STEP
    Once you have provided your email, mobile number, membership number and name etc, please proceed to pay.

     

    IMPORTANT NOTE
    Make sure you have enabled or allow the pop-up for your browser or else you will never see the payment page. And also make sure you make the payment or else your application is void if payment not received.

  • Note: A notification will be emailed to you once payment received. Look out in SPAM or JUNK folder.
