I confirm that I have read, understood, and accepted the Service Agreement and Terms of Use as of {dateOfExecution}. By signing below, I understand that this signature applies directly to the Service Agreement dated {dateOfExecution}. I understand that I have a 14-day withdrawal right under EU law.
I acknowledge, accept and understand that in the event of a successful application there is a payment obligation and accept the fee structure, specifically the total 59.99% (incl. vat) fee on the initial student finance payout, applicable to both direct and indirect applications, and the termination fees in case of premature cancellation as described in Article 5 of the Service Agreement.
I give my explicit prior consent for myStudentFinance to begin performing the contract immediately, before the 14-day withdrawal period ends. I acknowledge that if I withdraw after services have already started, I will be required to pay for any portion of the service performed until the point of withdrawal. If the service is fully performed within the withdrawal period, I lose my right to withdraw from the entire service.
