Once your order has been placed, it is not possible to add or remove items.
Please detail the changes you would like made to your order. If your order is still in pending status we will do our best to help. This will usually involve us cancelling your order, and helping you to place a new order. However, if your order has progressed to packing or if it has shipped we can no longer make changes.
Please note, in line with our terms and conditions, once an order has been placed we cannot guarantee changes will be accepted.
