    • Your email address - You will receive all updates and communication regarding your concern through this email address.

    We will ensure that your information is handled with full confidentiality and privacy, and will only be used for the purpose of properly handling your request, inquiry, or complaint.

  • How to file a Claim:

    1. Go to the My GInsure tab within the GInsure page of your GCash app.
    2. Select your active AXA policy.
    3. Navigate to the Claims section to manage your policy and file a claim.
    4. Fill out the required claim information as prompted. Once submitted, you will receive SMS or email updates regarding your claim status.
  • How to cancel my policy:

    1. Open the My GInsure tab within the GInsure page of your GCash account.
    2. Select your active AXA policy.
    3. Navigate to the policy management section to request cancellation.
    4. Once submitted, you will receive email updates regarding the status of your request.

  • Change/Update Beneficiary

    If you are married, you may designate the following as your beneficiary, in order of priority:

    1. Your legal spouse
    2. Your child (must be of legal age or at least 18 years old)

    If you are single, you may designate the following as your beneficiary, in order of priority:

    1. Your child (of legal age), if you are a single parent
    2. Your parent
    3. Your sibling (of legal age)

    Note: It is easier and faster to receive insurance benefits if the designated beneficiary is of legal age (18 years old and above).
