The Nitty Gritty Important Stuff
Unfortunately not all applicants will be accepted after submitting this form.
I will be limiting the number of duplicate stalls inside & outside so as to have a large variety of stalls for customers.
You are welcome to go on a waiting list if unsuccessful or if you sell a variety of items, deleting some of your usually available lines may be an option to obtain a site so multiples of the same item will not be for sale. (e.g. if you sell bow ties & jewellery, you may only be able to sell bow ties because the jewellery stalls have been filled).
Payments
When your application has been approved, an invoice will be sent to your email with a due date & payment details. To secure your site, pay your invoice by the due date.
Failure to pay by the due date stated on the invoice may make your allocated stall space void and offered to the next in line.
Setting Up - Set up from 7.15am.
Pack Up – 3pm FIRM

Parking
If you require disabled parking, please let me know, and I will allocate a parking space for you. If you have a permit, unload in the disabled parking spot, then move the vehicle to a standard car space to allow our permit holder customers to use the disabled parking space. As you will be at your stall and won’t need to use the vehicle till closing time. If you have any questions about the parking please comment in "any questions" and I will explain in more detail for you.
Stalls
All stalls need to be set up by 9.15am in case we have early bird customers.
Stalls should be neat and tidy; all trestle tables must be covered with a table cloth. No items to be left on the floor for sale, ensure there are no trip hazards, tablecloths are not overhanging on the walkway and no signs or boards in front of tables.
Absolutely nothing is to be stuck to walls.
If you byo table & chair, please make sure they have rubber feet or bring carpet along, so as not to scratch the floor. Any damage to the hall may see you liable for damage.
No burning candles or incense inside or outside.
No smoking on the premises.
No spruiking, please be courteous of other stall holders.
No encroaching outside your allocated space, unless approval is given by the organiser.
Please respect other stall holders and be courteous. Any problems, please see Donna Dunstall.

Advertising
McLaren Vale Craft Market will be advertised on Facebook Marketplace with paid sponsored advertisements & will be listed on Facebook groups/pages/forums. We will also have market signs around the local surrounding suburbs.
Images of your stall/items for sale may be used in the form of advertising the market if you have given permission.
It would be greatly appreciated by myself and other stall holders, if you also advertised on your platform & amongst your customers, friends & family to get the word out.
We all want a successful market and customers to come back.
