  • Application Information

    Each new LYG33 member is an opportunity for us to gain a different perspective and bring in unique talents to ensure the group represents the city’s rich diversity and the communities we serve. Therefore, we strongly encourage young people of all different backgrounds and identities to apply.

  • Role Preferences

    Please choose your first and second choice roles in which you are applying for. Full role descriptions can be found in the application information document here. Please note, if selected, you may be offered a different role.

  • All applicants please answer the following 3 questions using the instructions below.

  • Please create a video (60 seconds maximum) which answers the following questions:

    1) Tell us a bit about yourself, eg. studies, hobbies, interests and future ambitions.

  • Programme Dates

    There will also be additional optional events where opportunities arise outside of these set dates. This includes gaining event day experience and applied volunteering hours through our Open Games programme. All dates mentioned below are compulsory in order to stay in your role. However, we understand, this is not always possible. If there are any issues with the stated dates, please outline this below. This will not be counted against you!

  • 1. Leadership Day (In Person) – Wednesday 25th October 2023, 10-4pm
    2. Residential (In Person) – 20th – 21st January 2024
    3. Session 1 (In Person) – Thursday 15th February 2024, 9-5pm
    4. Session 2 (In Person)– Tuesday 9th April 2024, 9-5pm
    5. Session 3 (Online) - Tuesday 21st May 2024, 5-7pm
    6. LYG Redbridge Weekend – Saturday 15thJune 2024
    7. LYG Finals Festival – 29th/30th June 2024, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park
    8. LYG33 Graduation – September/October 2024 TBC
