Hello, thank you so much for completing this Couples Questionnaire.
I hope it will be enjoyable to do and remind you of all the special things that you love so much about your partner...!

Take your time in doing this...relax and make it fun.
Maybe settle down with a cuppa or a glass of wine - and enjoy writing about the things that light you up about your relationship.

Two important points below...

1. Can I ask that you both fill this in and send to me individually. You don't have to keep the answers secret from each other...unless you want to of course. I'd just like to hear from you both about all these aspects of your relationship.

2. There are quite a few questions here...but no need to feel overwhelmed, because you can save your answers and return to complete the questionniare whenever it suits you.
