    The Comprehensive Athlete Self-Assessment is an in-depth tool designed to evaluate a youth athlete's current state across eight critical domains. These domains include Motivation, Nutrition, Stress, Training, Health, Self-Care, Fulfillment, and Sleep. Each of these domains has 10 questions, resulting in an 80-question comprehensive assessment, followed by a short assessment of Learning Preference Style. This assessment utilizes a five-point Likert scale (1 = Strongly Disagree, 2 = Disagree, 3 = Neutral, 4 = Agree, 5 = Strongly Agree) for responses, allowing athletes to provide nuanced feedback about their experiences and feelings across these key areas.
