Real Estate Tax Filing Form
Thank you for using the Town of Occoquan's online payment system. This form is for Town property owners paying their real estate taxes directly to the Town via credit card. Annually, the Occoquan Town Council sets a tax rate for real estate. This tax is in addition to Prince William County’s real estate tax. The total real estate tax amount is paid in one lump sum, due December 5th of each year. Invoices are mailed beginning in September.
