    Research & Planning Fees

    A non-refundable research and planning fee is required before I begin working on your trip.

    Standard Trip Planning – $100

    For most vacations and getaways. This includes the research and preparation of up to 2 personalized travel options based on your destination, travel dates, preferences, and budget.

    Complex & Group Trip Planning – Starting at $150

    For trips that require more extensive research and coordination, including group travel, multi-country or multi-destination itineraries, and more detailed or customized travel arrangements.

    If your trip requires the complex planning fee, I’ll let you know the exact amount before any research begins, so there are no surprises.

    What's Included

    Your planning fee includes the research and preparation of your travel options, along with one reasonable round of adjustments if you'd like changes made to the original proposal.

    Additional rounds of research or significant changes to your trip may require an additional planning fee. This includes changing your destination, travel dates, or the overall scope of your trip after research has already been completed.

    About Your Planning Fee

    The planning fee covers the time, research, and work that goes into creating your personalized travel proposal. It is separate from the cost of your vacation and is not applied toward your booking.

    All planning fees are non-refundable, whether or not you decide to book your trip.

    Turnaround Time

    Your personalized travel proposal will be delivered within up to 3 business days after your planning fee has been received.

    More complex itineraries may require additional time. If that's the case, I'll let you know.
