First Up - Your Course Completions
In order to process your credit conversion request, MACEM&PS|FCC needs to review your official course record.
STEP 1: Requesting your CDP official course record
Please submit your official course record request to CDP here.
*This form is only necessary to complete if you plan to request credit for FEMA 101C, 102C, 103C, and/or 104C* All other courses follow the Emergency Management Institute process.
STEP 2: Requesting your EMI official course record
Please visit FEMA's EMI Student Portal and click on the official transcript button to send your IS course completions to us at Frederick Community College Mid-Atlantic Center for Emergency Management and Public Safety 7932 Opossumtown Pike Frederick, MD 21702
FEMA SID
Your FEMA Student Identification (SID) is required for credit conversion. For more information or help with your SID, please visit FEMA's Student Identification System.

Utilizing the EMI and/or CDP Student Portal(s), identify the courses you have successfully completed. If you haven't already, please refer to the Credit Checker to determine the college credit you are eligible to earn before selecting courses to convert.
