  • Let us know how long you will need to be in the building (including set up and tear down) for your event.

  • RENTAL INFO

  • The event space is available Monday-Thursday after 5pm and Sundays (upon request)

    There are seats available for 30ppl. Max 40ppl in building. 2 restrooms available.

    Ability to bring in own food/drink upon request.

     

  • RENTER RESPONSIBILITY

  • Renter is responsible for clean up after event. (Cleaning supplies will be provided) Renter is responsible for any damages/loss of items that occur during event and will be liable for repair of damages/loss of items

    Renter will pay deposit of $100 upon reservation of the space. Renter will pay remaining balance by the end of the scheduled event. Renter must notify Shelli's of any changes in event details and/or cancellation of event 24hrs before event start time. Any cancellation less than 24hrs before event time will result in forfeiture of deposit. Both parties agree to the terms above.
