Welcome to Homecoming 2023! This marks the 24nd annual homecoming weekend sponsored by the alumni association. The association will host a day of activities in the Carlisle City Park on Saturday, October 21. Vendors of all flavors are invited to set up displays and sell items or give away materials during the day. Civic, school-group and Carlisle cultural clubs are also invited to participate. Political vendors and candidates are not allowed.
Application: All vendors setting up inside the park must be pre-approved by the Carlisle High School Alumni Association. The city park is reserved for the alumni association on October 21 and any non-approved vendors will be asked to leave.
Selection Process: The Homecoming Committee of the Carlisle High School Alumni Association will determine the eligibility of all vendors and grant approval. The committee reserves the right to accept or reject all entrants and the decision of the committee is final.
Fees: There is no fee for (1) Carlisle School groups/clubs (2) Carlisle Civic Organizations (3) Carlisle Cultural Clubs. All other vendors will pay a $25.00 registration fee. Fees may be paid on the day of the event. You may pay by cash, check of PayPal.
No refunds of registrations fees will be issued.
Space Assignments & Setup: Approved food truck-type vendors will set up on E. 4th Street. All other spaces are located on grass. All spaces are vehicle accessible for setup, which you may begin after 3:30 p.m. on Friday, October 20. Setup should end by 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 21 and no vehicles will be allowed in the park after this time. Vendors should remain in place from 9:00 a.m. until at least 1:30 p.m. The program will end at approximately 3:00 p.m.
Vendors are responsible for their own tents, tables and displays. Electricity may be available, but you are responsible for adequate extension cords to reach the nearest outlets.
