Subscription Agreement

I/We wish to apply for membership of the Dukeries (Notts) Gundog Club and agree to abide by the Rules of the Club as published on the web link http://www.dukeriesnottsgundogclub.co.uk/Club%20Rules%202020.pdf . If dogs are jointly registered with The Kennel Club both owners must be Joint Members of the Club. I/We will pay the annual subscription of £10.00 (Joint £15) for the current year together with a joining fee of £20.00 and then £10.00 (£15 Joint) each year following until further notice by Bank Transfer or Standing Order to TSB Sort Code 777170 Account 00008131 . Should future subscription payments not be paid by 31st March each year, then I understand a re-joining fee of £20 becomes due. All lapsed membership fees will result in the re-joining fee being applied.

Members details will be fairly and lawfully processed in order to satisfy the agreement entered into with you on your admittance to the membership of the Dukeries (Notts)Gundog Club. This will ensure that you receive the latest news and information about the Club and any upcoming events. Members details will be passed to other Club Officers to administer communications including information about any upcoming events/items of legitimate interest. Members details will be kept safely and securely. In addition members have the ability to opt out of the Club’s communications or can restrict the private data retained at any time. In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation 2018 your formal consent or otherwise is required and please would you indicate below.
