What's in it for you?

- Reservation app widget (Toast, Resy, OpenTable, etc.)
- Single organic static social media post on all ERW social media platforms announcing restauant's participation
- Single organic static social media post on all ERW social media platforms showcasing ERW menu
- Participant Toolkit, including:
- A provided promotional graphic for your own social media channels
What's involved?
All eating establishments in downtown Easton and surrounding areas (Forks and Palmer Townships) are eligible to participate, including restaurants, bars, cafes, and over-the-counter eateries.
Participating restaurants must create an Easton Restaurant Week menu at a fixed price for marketing promotion. Your prix fixe menu MUST include at least three-courses, and pricing should be per person. Reminder, the foundation of ERW is to offer a pre-fixed menu. No other types of menus will be accepted. An example menu can include an appetizer, main course, and dessert option for a fixed price of $35. (Please do not offer your usual everyday menu items or specials - Offer dishes that entice your customer to come back for more every ERW!)
Participation Costs
There are three packages you can choose from!
$425 - Full Service Restaurant with a Liquor License
$325 - Full Service Restaurant without a Liquor License
$200 - Over the Counter Locations
Along with payment, ALL Participating restaurants must supply two $25 gift cards to be used in marketing promotion. Gift cards need to be dropped-off to the Maverick Media office by June 28th.*If your gift cards has not been submitted by this time, we will remove your profile from the site until they have been provided.
How to Participate
- Deadline to register is June 7th. Please complete and submit this form by June7th. A late fee of $20 will be automatically added to any payments received after this date.
- Deadline to submit menu(s) is June 28th. If your menu(s) has not been submitted by this time, we will remove your profile from the site until it has been provided.
Menus and payment MUST be received by the deadline in order to participate in Easton Restaurant Week. Your participation will not be announced until your menu and payment have been received.
If you have a Facebook or Instagram account please go to our Easton Restaurant Week pages and follow us. If you create a Facebook event, you may NOT title it “Easton Restaurant Week”, but rather "the name of your business at Easton Restaurant Week".
Who organizes ERW?
Easton Restaurant Week is a promotion by Maverick Media, a local marketing agency that has organized ERW since July 2022, assuming the role from Stephanie Altieri, who had been managing it for 15 years prior.
