In accordance with our Privacy Policy, we collect, hold, use and disclose personal information to provide services to you such as insurance broking, claims management and risk management consultancy. In accordance with our Privacy Policy, we disclose both personal and business information to third parties and our related entities who are involved in the provision of our services. We may also provide information to the extent required by law or regulatory requirements.
If you do not provide the personal information that we request, we may not be able to provide our services to you and you may also be in breach of your duty not to make a misrepresentation (outlined below).
By completing this application form, you acknowledge and agree to the way that we collect, store, use and disclose personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy.
Your duty not to make a misrepresentation
By law, you have a duty to take reasonable care not to make a misrepresentation to the insurer before you enter into the relevant contract of insurance. This means you must answer the insurer’s questions with relevant and complete information, and you must not misrepresent any information that you give to the insurer, including where you provide information on someone else’s behalf.
If you fail to comply with your duty, the insurer may cancel your contract or be entitled to reduce the amount they pay you if you make a claim, or both. If your answers are fraudulent, the insurer may refuse to pay your claim and treat the contract as if it never existed.

Change of Risk
You must tell us and the insurer immediately if there is a material change in the risk(s) insured under your relevant insurance policy, or otherwise any material changes to your business which may have a bearing on your insurance (for example, changes to the replacement cost/market value of the building and/or contents, changes to the occupancy of the property in particular where the property will be unoccupied for a period of time, or change to the security on the property).
