The California Early Care and Education (ECE) Workforce Registry (“Registry”) is available statewide for all ECE professionals. Submitting all your qualification documents helps build a complete profile for your use when applying for a stipend, participating in quality improvement initiatives, and/or making your qualifications available to your employer.
The Registry team strives to enter your qualification data accurately. Participants of the CA ECE Workforce Registry have the right to request an audit, which is a formal review of decisions made regarding the analysis of qualification information on their individual professional profiles. Please read the following instructions before submitting an Audit Request Form:
Qualification Audit Request Process
- Review our Education and Training Document Submission and Qualification Audit Request Policy. Documents acceptable for submission and submission requirements can be viewed here:
- If after reviewing our document submission guidelines and/or speaking to our Registry Help Desk staff, see Contact Us page, regarding your concerns, you are not satisfied with the review of your profile, you may submit a qualification audit request by filing out this form. Appeals and supporting documentation will be reviewed by the Registry Director. Participants will be notified of a decision within four (4) weeks.
