Welcome to The Belle Theatre! We are very excited you are here! It is our goal to put on a professional-quality production which includes a stellar cast--that means you! Whether you have been with us before or you're new to the family, please take a moment to read the policies and guidelines below.SOCIAL MEDIA & MARKETINGNow that you are here, we kindly ask that you TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW! Share all the social media posts, share our flyers, call your grandparents, tell your dentist, invite your whole neighborhood and all your coworkers! This is our second season and while we can say it has been successful (yay!) it has not been financially sustainable (yet!) and this means we need people in the audience. Advertising costs a lot of money and as a 501c3 non-profit still in the startup phase, it’s frankly just not in the budget. If you know anyone who may be interested in sponsorship or donations, PLEASE reach out to us so we can make a connection. **Did you know how much it costs to run a theater? * Lease is $12k/month * Costumes run $500 - $1k per show * Show royalties run $2k-$8k per show * Plus Improvement projects, set construction, and Maintenance/UtilitiesATTENDANCE/COMMUNICATIONEvery show will have a rehearsal schedule that may be subject to change. If you need to miss scheduled rehearsals, please communicate DIRECTLY with the director and/or production manager, including if you need to leave early/come late. This is common courtesy for your castmates and production team. Attendance issues may result in casting changes at the discretion of the shows director or the Executive Director. Proper attendance is imperative to a successful, high-quality show. Please be sure to regularly check email and Facebook for changes.MUSIC/SCRIPTS
