Before submitting this form, it is always a good idea to reach out to the BELMAS office team first to discuss your event, particularly if it requires budget sharing arrangements with another organisation or has non-members attending as a result of being a joint event.

It is IMPORTANT that communication between the BELMAS team and RIG convenors remains strong to ensure successful planning and delivery of this vital membership benefit.
