Guest’s participation in any of the Root & Resonance Event services, activities or any other arranged event is at the guest’s own risk. The guest confirms they are over the minimum age for booking which is 18 years for this experience.
The guest releases, waives and holds harmless the companies, its offices, agents and/or facilitators from all claims, losses, damages, commitments, expenses (including legal costs) during or in conjunction with his/her participation in activities conducted and organized by Root & Resonance Event, which may arise from, but are not limited to any injury, accident, illness, death, material damage or personal damage to the guest or to others.
The Root & Resonance Event is not responsible for the theft of valuables, delays, traffic obstructions and any related expenses that may result from such circumstances. The guest also indemnifies The Root & Resonance Event its officers, agents and/or its employees against all claims, losses, damages or expenses that any one or more of his/her executors, administrators, heirs, next of kin, successors or assignee's may have in conjunction with his/her participation in activities conducted and organized by The Root & Resonance Event, and against any costs including legal fees that may incur as a result of any such claims, losses damages or expenses whether valid or not.
It is the guest’s responsibility to inform the company about any chronic diseases or illnesses prior to arrival. The guest accepts all risk and will not hold the company responsible for any health impairments resulting from his/her chronic disease or illness. Accidents or injuries of any kind or origin (driving, falling, etc.) are beyond influence and the company cannot be held responsible.
The guest will be responsible for any damage caused to equipment that belongs to the company or the facility (linens, decor, furniture, etc.) and will be charged a repair or replacement fee.
Holistic Treatments (Meditation, Sound Therapy with Himalayan singing bowls, Energy Healing):
I understand that the holistic treatments provided during the Experience are for the purpose of stress reduction, relief from tension, or for increasing circulation and energy flow.I understand that the practitioners do not diagnose illness, disease or any physical or mental disorder; does not prescribe medical treatment or pharmaceutical, and does not do any spinal manipulations.
If at any time during the activities I feel discomfort or pain, I will stop the activity and seek assistance if needed. I will listen to my body and respect its limits.
It is clear to me that the treatment is not a substitute for medical examinations and/or diagnosis and that it is recommended that I see a physician for any physical ailment. I have stated all my known medical conditions and take it upon myself to update the therapist on my health during subsequent visits. I understand that I am responsible for my body, feelings, and emotions.
I accept that neither the instructor, nor the hosting facility, is liable for any injury, or damages, to person or property, resulting from the taking of the workshop. I understand that I am not obligated in any way to participate in all, or any of the retreat meditations, or any activities should I choose not to.
