Black Teens in Action gives Black teens a space to collectively work together in the community to strengthen their community ties. Upon completion of the program, teens who have participated in the entire program will be entitled to a $550 stipend.
Black Teens in Action gives Black teens a space to collectively work together in the community to strengthen their community ties. The teens will work towards building relationships with Minnesota's vibrant Black community to create lifelong bonds and establish community partners. Our Black youth will meet for three sessions to plan a community based program, and the fourth session will be facilitating the activity that the youth and the education team created.
Dates: October 1st, 8th, 15th and 19th.

UMOJA MN is a MN Department of Children, Youth and Families funded program for families and caregivers of Black children and youth who are adopted or fostered in MN.
