Thank you for applying to become a WAS Member!

Please be aware the Membership Committee cannot review your application until payment has been received. In the event that your application is not approved by the membership committee, your application fees will be reimbursed.

Application Process
1. Complete the form below and attached required PDF documents.
2. Make payment and attach a screenshot of your receipt to this form.
3. Your application will be reviewed by the WAS Membership Committee and if approved will be submitted to the binannual General Assembly.
4. Between General Assemblies, the Executive Committee is permitted to grant provisional member status as long as all proper documentation has been received and reviewed.
5. Final acceptance or rejection of membership is made by the next General Assembly.
