Week 4 (October 25th): Exploring Nature in North Idaho–Downtown CDA Getting some steps in is easy and fun with these downtown favorites Mudgey and Millie walk or City Park playground or Tubbs Hill
Week 5(November 1st): Nutrition Label Confusion – TBD Guided grocery store tour to learn about reading and deciphering food labels.
Week 6 (November 8th): Gym Intimidation No More - TBD Local gym tour and choosing group fitness classes that are right for you.
Weeks 7 (November 15th) : Mind Matters –Panhandle Health District Mindful eating tactics to get you through the holidays! Goal setting & stress management.
Week 8 (November 29th): Home Workouts - TBD Cardio Circuits, Strength Training and Flexibility
Week 9 (December 6th): Deciding Dinner Dread -Panhandle Health District Cooking class & ideas for healthy quick dinners, with a lesson on fast food & dining out.
Week 10 (December 13th): Water Workout! (This class is $30) - TBD Triple Play (water park or bowling) or Swimming (Kroc or Safe Splash)
