    • See the PROSPECTUS for complete rules for entering the Art Show.
    • Each artist may submit two (2) paintings, graphics, or sculptures (no digital,
      computer generated art or photography).
    • Maximum size: 48 inches in any one direction, including frame. Due to space
      limitations, of the two possible submissions, please consider submitting only one
      large piece.
    • Uploaded picture files of artwork should include the artwork’s framing in the picture. Dimensions should include the frame.
    • Artwork photos to be uploaded in .jpg or .png format. Maximum file size is 2MB. 
    • Early Bird Entry: Artists pay an entry fee of $20 for entries received Oct 3-17.
    • Regular Entry: Artists pay a fee of $25 for entries received Oct 18-Nov 2.

  • Portfolios

    • Portfolios are accepted from artists whose primary work is juried into the show. Artists who are notified of acceptance into the Art Show will receive separate instructions on how to electronically upload their portfolios.
    • The portfolio upload portal will be open at 5:00pm on November 16 and close at 5:00 pm on November 22. Portfolios must be submitted within that window via the upload portal.
