Proxy Technical Corp. Terms and Conditions 2025 

Payments are due when billed. We charge by the hour for all projects & service work. Jobs that may exceed the original time quoted will need approval to continue. There is to be no hold backs on final payments. If the job requires overtime or after hours work we will need approval for the extra charges. Invoiced labour includes travel time or time preparing materials and equipment for the job. Scheduled arrival times are estimated within a one hour service window. Some projects or repairs may require two technicians to work safely. We will not be held accountable for material order delays and can not guarantee the safe storage of material on site. Projects or approved quotes may require a deposit request of up to 50% before material and labour is delivered to site. 

Labour Rates and Charges >

Our Licensed labour rate is 105 per hour with a 2 hour minimum

Bucket Truck fees are 160 per service plus our standard labour rate

Our after hours labour rate is 160 per hour with a 4 hour minimum

Materials purchased or provided by the service team will have a minimum 20% mark up applied

ESA Permit if required will be an extra charge - ESA License # 7017906 

All Labour & Materials provided by Proxy Technical Corp. are guaranteed for one year after the service has been completed. Please request a copy of our warranty to be issued for your project or service if required. 

Our Team Memebers are not available for private work and work exclusively under signed NDA and Non Compete contract with Proxy Technical Corp.
