Proxy Technical Corp. Terms and Conditions 2026 

"In order to provide the best possible service to our valued clients, our Invoices are due the following Friday after the service has been completed. Please do not mail any cheques; we will personally pick up processed payments on Fridays."

We charge by the hour for all projects and service work. Jobs that may exceed the original time quoted will require approval to proceed. There are to be no holdbacks on final payments. If a job requires overtime or after-hours work, we will require approval for the additional charges.

Invoiced labour includes travel time and time spent preparing materials or equipment. Scheduled arrival times are estimated within a one-hour service window. Please note that some projects or repairs may require two technicians to ensure safety. We are not accountable for material delays and cannot guarantee the safe storage of materials on-site.

We do not issue refunds for paid invoices or completed services. Labour and materials provided by Proxy Technical Corp. are guaranteed for one year after service completion. Please request a copy of our warranty if required for your records.

Rates and Charges 

Our Licensed labour rate is 105 per hour with a 2 hour minimum

Bucket Truck fees are 160 per service plus our standard labour rate

Our after hours labour rate is 160 per hour with a 4 hour minimum

Materials purchased or provided by the service team will have a minimum 20% mark up applied
