Hi there! Thank you so much for taking an interest in booking an appointment with me! All new guests start working with me by either coming in for an in-person consultation or by filling out this digital consultation form. If you would prefer to book an appointment for an in-person consultation instead, you can do that on our Vagaro booking site at www.vagaro.com/evergreensalon. Before booking an appointment, I would love to get to know you more. This will aid in getting to know your hair goals so that I can properly execute your request. By completing this form, I am submitting a digital consultation request and service inquiry. In response, I will send an email with recommended service options and possible dates/times that are available. Generally, new guests can be seen between 2-4 weeks (depending on time of year) after submitting your digital consultation, but guests with limited availabilty may have to wait up to 6 weeks to be seen.

I understand Chloe has a strict 48 hour cancellation policy and if I do cancel inside the 48 hour window, then I will be subjected to a 50% cancellation fee and I may not be allowed to book future appointments will the salon, if the fee is not paid. By clicking submit below, I agree to those terms.
