Mudville Membership Rewards Program

Please fill out this form to enter our Mudville Membership Rewards Program. This will allow us to build you a profile and keep track of your points and rewards, as well as inform you on any new product of your selected interest or tournaments that we are having. The base level is free to anyone, if you would like to upgrade to the Base+, Premium, Ultimate, Partner, or Investor Memberships, please inquire with one of our store representatives. We promise to keep your data completely confidential, and will not sell your data to 3rd parties. Any information collected is kept strictly in-house for organization purposes only. After building your profile, you can customize your preferences for any product you may be interested in that we offer through a follow-up email that also confirms your information and provides your Mudville Membership Number.
BASE (Free)
The Base level tier is primarily to build you into our database to track any discounts or rewards points that you earn while you shop at the store and participate in our events. It is completely free and gives you the following rewards:

-Eligible for spins on our MudWheels. As you build your points balance, you can spin our wheels for additional prizes and bonuses in addition to your purchases.

-Eligible to participate in our in-house tournaments and leagues. Fees and dues may apply to participate in any trading card game or video game event that we hold.

-Notifications on any new stock or sales of product that you have set for interest in your preferences. This way you only get notified of the product that you want and not get bombarded with unwanted emails and text messages.
