In the event of an emergency, we will contact you first, if we are unable to reach you we will then reach out to your emergency contact, if at that point we are unable to reach either of you we will proceed with care as we find most suitable for the situation and continue to make attempts to reach you. If vet care is required we will attempt to contact your preferred vet for care first, then an emergency vet. By signing this waiver you agree to release Whoa Doggie from any medical expenses incurred and to allow Whoa Doggie to proceed with treatment at their discretion.

Boarding stays include a daily dog walk during consecutively booked days, typically during the evening before bed as part of our wind down routine.

Boarding is charged $85/night, this includes check-in after 4pm and check-out by 11am. Drop-off or pick-up outside of these times will incur standard daycare charges, however daycare charges DO NOT apply during consecutively booked days. Additional dog from the same household is charged $75/night.

Dogs booked in for boarding are eligible for ALL daycare activities, including our enrichment snacks as long as they do not conflict with any allergies or sensitivities listed in this form.

We encourage all boarding guests to bring with them some comfort items, these items will be provided to your dog at bedtime only.

By signing this waiver, I understand that I will be responsible for the actions of my dog that cause any damages, including but not limited to damage or injury to other dogs, people or objects while attending a Whoa Doggie training class and the cost of said damage.
