Full Day Camps start from $65.00 (Single Day/Drop-In Will be charged at $75).
Member Pricing starts from $59.09 (Single Day/Drop-In Will be charged at $68.18).
Aftercare starts from $28.00.
Terms & Conditions
I hereby agree to accept and abide by the terms of this School's Out Registration and Agreement.
By Signing Below I agree that I have received, read, and understand my rights regarding cancellation and payment options and agree to the terms of this contract.
Deposit and Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans may change, and We Rock The Spectrum Atlanta will strive to accommodate our customers to the best of our ability. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below:
- 14 Days Before Start Date:
- 100% Cancellation Penalty
- No Refunds
- 14 -29 Days Before Start Date:
- 50% Cancellation Penalty
- 50% Refund in Account Credit
- 30 Days and More Before Start Date:
- Full Refund in Account Credit
- Balance Refunds to Payment Method:
- Refunds to the original payment method will be considered for cancellations made 30 days or more before the start date.
- A 10% Transaction Fee will be levied by the Banks on the refunded amount.
Please note that the refund will be processed in the form of account credit unless otherwise specified. This credit can be used for future bookings with us.
If the dates need be to rescheduled a one-time fee of $29.00 will be applied.

Waiver and Indemnification
By signing this Registration Form, you release We Rock The Spectrum Atlanta from any potential liability.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless We Rock The Spectrum Atlanta and its employees for any damages, loss, or injury that may occur as a result of the Client's use of the Facility.
You have been informed and understand that We Rock The Spectrum Atlanta is not a licensed childcare facility and is not required to be licensed by the Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning.
You acknowledge and understand that this program is exempt from state licensure requirements.
Should We Rock The Spectrum Atlanta property be lost or damaged due to the activities of any of your party’s attendees, you agree to reimburse We Rock The Spectrum Atlanta for the replacement or repair of said property.
By providing payment information for this School's Out Camp - Registration Form, you are submitting a formal request for a Camp Registration. Please note that the registration cannot be confirmed without full payment as listed in this contract.
Behavioral Policy
At We Rock the Spectrum Roswell – Atlanta, we embrace a fully inclusive environment for children of all abilities. Recognizing that each child may display different behaviors for various reasons, our primary concern is ensuring the safety and well-being of ALL participants during their time at the gym.
If a participant exhibits behaviors that are deemed aggressive, our trained staff will promptly notify parents. Determining what constitutes aggression is at the discretion of our staff, and we commit to working collaboratively with the child and their parent(s) to formulate the best course of action for everyone involved.
We encourage any participant who requires additional support to bring a 1:1 support person to the program. If your child is currently receiving services and you wish for their Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to attend, kindly inform our staff, preferably during the registration process. We will collect the necessary information and require a valid Business ID to be kept on file for the provider. The RBT is expected to bring their photo ID badge each day and will actively engage with and support your child throughout the camp curriculum.
