1. I, an authorised person for the Company, agree APRA AMCOS or its representatives may attend the Event for the purpose of installing and monitoring music recognition device(s) and/or to otherwise make a low-quality audio recordings of the Event, strictly for the purpose of identifying music performed at the Event (Event Data), on the terms set out below.

2. I agree to provide, at no charge to APRA AMCOS, all necessary access to the event location, front of house or backstage locations of the Event at for the purposes of APRA AMCOS or its representatives collecting Event Data as described above.

3. I acknowledge that, if MRT device(s) are used, the MRT device(s) will be connected to each agreed stage listed above (MRT Stages). The device(s) will be connected to the sound equipment or DJ set-up by APRA AMCOS or a representative, and the data of the music performed may be transmitted to the MRT supplier engaged by APRA AMCOS for the purpose of analysis.

4. For all non-MRT Stages (i.e. stages not listed in the table above), I agree that set-lists will be provided to OneMusic Australia in accordance with relevant OneMusic Australia licence for the Event, or otherwise at OneMusic Australia’s request. 

5. Unless I have indicated otherwise, I agree Event Data can be shared with PPCA for the express purpose of assisting PPCA’s distributions to its licensors. 

6. I understand that the Event Data will be used only for the following purposes:

(a) informing APRA’s distribution of payments to its members;

(b) informing PPCA’s distribution of payments to its licensors (if relevant);

(c) producing internal analyses and reporting; and 

(d) producing aggregated and deidentified insights and music use information to the general public, OneMusic Australia’s licensees and OneMusic Australia’s licensing partners and their members and licensors as relevant.
