TERMS and CONDITIONS:
•A NON-REFUNDABLE booking fee of $20 is required to schedule your appointment. ***NO EXCEPTION!!!***This amount will be deducted from the total service cost. All remaining balances must be paid prior to service starting

RESCHEDULING POLICY:
•All appointments must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Each client will be allowed to reschedule with the same booking fee ONE time only. If you are unable to attend your appointment after this, it will be canceled.
***NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKING FEE will NOT BE REFUNDED***

CANCELLATION POLICY:
•Cancellations require a 24 hour notice prior to your appointment. If you cancel your appointment on the day of your scheduled service, the card on file will be charged 50% of the service cost.

NO CALL/NO SHOW POLICY:
•If you schedule an appointment and do not show up at your scheduled time without any communication, there will be charged 75% of the service cost.
***NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKING FEE will NOT BE REFUNDED***

LATE POLICY:
•Each client will be given a 10 minute grace period to arrive to your appointment. On the 10th minute, you will be charged a $20 inconvenience fee. At 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled.

ADDITIONAL GUESTS:
•Additional guests are not allowed under any circumstances. This includes children, relatives, friends, partners, and animals.

COMMUNICATION:
•After successfully scheduling your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email that includes the service type, the date, the time, and the suite address for your upcoming appointment.

•If I need to communicate with you regarding your appointment, I will reach out via text message.

PHOTOS:
•Photos will be taken during your service. Your photos may or may not be used for promotional purposes on our social media accounts.

AFTER HOUR/SQUEEZE IN APPOINTMENTS:
•If you do not see your desired date or time available on the calendar to book, you may have the option to schedule an “after hour” or “squeeze in” appointment. There is an additional $50 fee to schedule this appointment plus your service rate. Please contact me via text to discuss your desired date/time.
