HEMPWALK SHOWCASE BRAND Registration Form

Thank you for your interest in our fashion show featuring hemp brands, eco-textiles, and other sustainable apparel and products. 

Our showcase is a little different than other traditional fashion shows in that we aim to produce relevant media and marketing content for the showcase brands, in addition a FREE BOOTH SPACE at BrandSesh™️ Market in Desert Hot Springs. Our unique integrated approach allows our stylists to create various looks and styles for our models from a variety of sustainable wardrobe ensembles, that reflect a more realistic choice of options for the average consumer. 

While we respect the various brand styles and genres each fashion line has, we remind you that our showcase models will be styled to represent the featured brands as we see fit. We hold full rights to use your design submissions in any creative direction or model representation we choose, unless otherwise requested by you in this form.

This form is intended for fashion brands, however, if you would like to have your art, or other eco-design product considered for feature placement in our fashion showcase, please email us at hempwalkco@gmail.com

Liability Waiver and Photography/Video Release for Private Event for HEMPWALK 

By purchasing a ticket and/ or completing this registration form  I hereby acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Liability Waiver and Photography/Video Release in consideration for my participation in the private event organized by HEMPWALK at BrandSesh™️ specifically designed for sustainable fashion and arts community. The event will take place on 9/30/31 in Desert Hot Springs

1. Assumption of Risks: I understand that the event may involve activities related to cannabis, such as discussions, workshops, or consumption in accordance with the local laws. I acknowledge that these activities carry inherent risks and may have potential physical or psychological effects. I take full responsibility for my own actions and assume all risks associated with my participation in the event.

2. Compliance with Laws: I agree to abide by all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding cannabis use and consumption during the event. I understand that any illegal activities will not be tolerated, and I will be solely responsible for any legal consequences resulting from non-compliance.

3. Release and Waiver: In consideration of being allowed to participate in the event, I hereby release and waive any claims, demands, actions, or causes of action that I may have against HEMPWALK its officers, agents, volunteers, and affiliates, arising out of or relating to my participation in the event. This waiver extends to any injuries, damages, losses, or liabilities, whether known or unknown, that may arise during the event.

4. Medical Condition: I confirm that I am physically and mentally fit to participate in the event and that I do not have any medical condition that would prevent me from safely participating in the activities.

5. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless HEMPWALK its officers, agents, volunteers, and affiliates from any liability, claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of or related to my actions or participation in the event.

6. Media Release: I grant HEMPWALK the right to use photographs, video recordings, or any other media taken during the event, which may include images of myself, for promotional and marketing purposes. I understand that these materials may be used in various media formats, including but not limited to websites, social media, publications, and presentations.

7. Personal Belongings: I understand that I am solely responsible for my personal belongings during the event, and HEMPWALK will not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to these belongings.

I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS LIABILITY WAIVER AND PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEO RELEASE AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS. I AM AWARE THAT THIS IS A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT.
