    Registration for Yearly Meeting 2026

    Dunedin, Friday10 - Monday 13 April
  • Dunedin Monthly Meeting warmly invites Friends to attend Yearly Meeting. There is fuller information in the attached sheet (Click here to go to the info sheet).  Please read it and use as a guide when completing this form.

Yearly Meeting (YM) is set for Friday 10 - Monday 13 April, 2026, with the optional preparation day from Thursday 9, afternoon, until lunch on Friday.  YM begins with the evening meal on Friday, and ends with lunch on Monday.

The venue is Columba College, a Presbyterian girls' high school at 399 Highgate, Roslyn, Dunedin.  We have booked a modern boarding block for accommodation.  See https://www.columbacollege.school.nz/boarding/.  There is step-free access to some of the sleeping accommodation, meals, and meeting rooms.

The YM sessions, though not the preparation day, are hybrid, i.e. can be attended either in person or online.  Both members and attenders of our YM are welcome; Monthly Meetings will be asked to minute in advance the names of attenders they commend.  Members and attenders of YMs or other Quaker bodies elsewhere are also welcome, and are encouraged to bring a letter of greeting from their home meeting.

Please address enquiry correspondence to ymlac@ym.quakers.nz .

Friends are reminded that YM takes place during the school holidays, on the weekend after Easter.  We recommend booking transport as early as possible, and registering here as early as possible, to help with our planning.

Dunedin Friends look forward to welcoming you in April. So, keep reading and working your way through this registration form!

Please do one form for each person registering.

  • Business meetings will be hybrid. The people in the physical meetings will be with the YM Clerks, and those present there. It will also be possible to join in the meetings via Zoom. People on Zoom will be able to hear what happens in the room, and will be able to indicate their wish to speak, and be invited by the Clerks to speak; in this case everyone (in the room and on Zoom) will hear what they say.

If you did not mean to select this option (to participate online), it's because you didn't select the In-person option on the previous page.

Please click the Back button below, to return to the previous page, then select In-person in Dunedin at the bottom.

  • Online technical assistance

We need some online people to help with Zoom hosting online (especially with breakout rooms after business sessions). Do you have some Zoom skills, would you be prepared to help?
