We look forward to welcoming Classic Cars, Hot Hatches, Roadsters and Modern Day Supercars to the event, a fun day for exhibitors and spectators alike! As this is the main fundraising event for the Museum, entrance for exhibitors remains at £10 per vehicle, and includes entry to the event for the driver and passengers (usually £20pp). We appreciate that it is unusual for exhibitors to pay, and we are very grateful for your support of our charity. We have listened to feedback from the event in 2023 and have added exclusive entrance to the Museum for exhibitors between 8am and 10am and again between 2pm and 4.30pm. We have also added a trader village to the airfield. Please note that applications close at midnight on the Sunday 23rd June 2024. If you wish to apply after this time, please email event.supprt@armyflying.com to check the status of your application.
Access to the airfield and event space is through the neighbouring military base and due to the MOD security regulations for members of the public entering, we will need the personal details of both yourself and your passengers, as shown below. The details will only be used in conjunction with this event.
Please enter the details of any passengers who will be accompanying you on the day, excluding the driver. Note for security reasons, we will require these details no later than two weeks before the event, if you cannot provide them right now. For passengers under the age of 16, a passport number will not be required.
